Jodi began dance classes at age 5 with Beverly Wilson and continued her training throughout college, performing at state and national level competitions. She attended Valdosta State College on a full music scholarship for violin and began teaching in 1992. Jodi was a Violinist with the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra from 1992 - 1993 and studied with Nina Lutz
Mrs. Hitt is encouraging to her students and enjoys incorporating humor and creativity in her teaching. She lives in McDonough with her husband Troy and two children, Major and Liberty
